It may vary from area to area, but I was under the assumption that there were laws on the books making it at least a misdemeanor to evade police when approached for questioning when they have a reasonable suspicion that a crime may be about to, or is actively occurring.

My right to associate should include fleeing from .gov when nothing more than eye contact is made.
Secondly, nor should my deviation of navigation be suspect or my time wasted by .gov stopping me without just cause[life or death].
