Really too bad. When I would see a black person on the campus of UC Davis, I would just automatically assume they were affirmative action babies, unless they were African, in which case I would presume they were really superior people.
State schools in NJ were the same way (though they were easier to diescern the difference); American blacks took their classes in a building filled with remedial classes (where they took no-credit high school-level classes whites wouldn’t even be admitted without) while the African students were in the same classes as “real” students.
