http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3286680/posts?page=67#67
For a moment, I thought this new hate speech caller was a libtard set up, but so far, he isn’t driving off that cliff.
Out-and-out, hate-filled, racist commie/marxist/socialist/fascists.
Missed it; was looking for my ‘spring assisted’ knife...
Deflategate. Another reason tostay away from the NFL.
I lost interest in all “pro sports”, years ago.
Lets hear Carly Fiorina make mincemeat out of The Perky One!
With Gray's record, and assuming he could have been on felony probation, then he could have had several terms of probation he could have been in violation of. Some of the terms of felony probation could be: to obey all laws, possess no weapons, have no illegal substances in his system and to submit to testing upon demand of a sworn police officer, have his person and property open to search at any time by a sworn police officer, and not be in areas frequented by buyers and sellers of illegal substances.
If at the time of his first contact with the police he were in violation of any of the terms of his probation, the probable cause question of the knife becomes moot.
I read in one of the early reports that he was a “known, frequent offender” to the police, and that’s why they went after him after making “eye contact”. That information was scrubbed from later reports/articles. Everything was dumped on the cops, and Gray became “St Neck”, like St Skittles, St Blunt etc did when they were sainted by the DBMs.
“whether or not Gray was on probation at the time of his arrest, and what the terms of his probation were.”

Very good point/question. I haven’t read or heard that question raised or answered. IIRC, long rap sheet-—he had many charges, but few convictions. If so, wonder how that happens...
And “St Loosie” in NYC.
Also, it has been reported that Gray was an informant. So where are all the people who should be wearing the T-Shirts with "Stop Snitching" and "Snitches get Stitches?"
Have a good and blessed day Everyone!
If he was as reported, an informant, it is possible that a lot of people went to jail because of his information, and charges against him for his activities could have been dropped because of his being an informant.
Here’s a crazy theory: the other perp in the paddy wagon broke Gray’s neck. If it was a walled-off van for prisoners, they were put into the same section. 5th paragraph.
Gray and Allen had heated run-ins before, as low-level drug dealers, and Allen took revenge, breaking Gray’s spine/neck.
Arthur Conan Doyle, author of “Sherlock Holmes” always said: “...when you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.”
Hi yella straddles the racial line and can not be criticized
Female and young is for kickers
I heard one of Carly’s speeches-—at least a month ago-—at an event where many of the conservative spoke. Previously, I had very negative views about her.
Must admit, when I heard her speech, I was quite impressed with her & willing to look at her with fresh eyes. Not very charismatic (Presidential necessity, doncha know/sarc), but a very effective communicator.
Most freepers still quite neg about her, but I think she will be valuable to the roster-— esp the longer Hillary stays in the race.
“...it has been reported that Gray was an informant.”
Ref my crazy Post 56: Allen got revenge on Gray for being a snitch in one of his cases.
If he was as reported, an informant...

Ah, makes sense. If I had ever heard that, I had forgotten.
