Murder charge filed in gunning down of teen on Oakland street

A convicted felon was charged Tuesday with murder in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy in Oakland’s Fruitvale District, which prosecutors said happened only hours before the suspect went on a mini-shooting spree in Hayward, first firing on a car and then shooting it out with police officers.

So, to sum up: a 14 year old black kid is dead because the police failed to kill the (black) shooter.

And we can all write the story of what would have happened if the police *had* shot and killed the shooter: ZOMG ANOTHER BLACK MAN SHOT DEAD BY RACIST COPS, TIME FOR A RIOT.

If you had read the story you would see that he shot the 14 year old first and then went on to commit other crimes.
