Am I correct? These are test for proficiency for the child's grade level?

**Obviously** and 8th grader can not be expect to have the proficiency of a mature adult in any subject. Is a “duh” needed here?

Solution: Close down the colleges of education. Fire nearly all teachers who ever attended one. Begin the process of privatizing K-12 schooling. Hire. people with real degrees and life experience in the real capitalistic system.

The solution is not what the American people want. They demand the status quo still, and I think always will.
