RE: “If he says he’s a woman, then he’s a woman”

Then why use the pronoun ‘He’?

Why “he”?

It’s a tough decision, because “she” isn’t accurate, either, and “it” is disprespectful. Gotta watch those micro-aggressions, ya know. /S

Guess it’s a tribute to a certain song by the Scorpions.

Brilliant.

Santorum’s Freudian-slip forces him into truth.

It could be irony. If so, that’s quite a new thing from Santorum.

Perhaps hes not the sharpest tool in the shed, if your willing to believe any lye anyone tells you. Perhaps like Obama he will be willing to believe Russia is not a threat when Russia says so, or that Iran will not build nukes or ship weapons to terrorist when they say so.

Rick Santorum should be smart enough to keep his mouth shut if he can’t keep his words true.

The whole sentence is actually an oxymoron. To make any sense it should read, “If Bruce Jenner says, I am a woman, then Bruce Jenner is a woman.” Of course that is in itself absurd since it makes no more sense than to say that every man is what he says he is as if no one could possibly misrepresent himself.

Sometimes it really is amazing what kind of utterly ridiculous statements people make. Some of them become so enshrined that they are uttered daily without the slightest awareness that the true meaning is the opposite of what is intended, things like, “I COULD care less” or “I WOULDN’T be surprised if that DIDN’T happen.” Apparently only a small minority reacts negatively to such utterances. I happen to be one of that minority as you may be also.
