Technically speaking, that just isn't true.
propaganda n.noun
1. The systematic propagation of a doctrine or cause or of information reflecting the views and interests of those advocating such a doctrine or cause.
2. Material disseminated by the advocates or opponents of a doctrine or cause.
The biggest problem conservatives have is that we have a crappy propaganda machine. If one side pushes its cause methodically and consistently, and the other doesn't because they (accurately) believe that it is self-evidently better, which do you think will win in the long run?
If you don't fight you can't win.
In terms of an "air" force, we have a few Sopwith Camels while the left has several wings of B-52s and F-16s, not to mention their F-117s. (Stealth aircraft, like the media's stealth propaganda, i.e. stuff they refuse to report.)
They effectively deny us a voice to the American People. Pretty much the only thing you can currently hear on television is the opinion of a Left Wing Liberal Democrat. All dissenting opinions are generally filtered out. This creates the appearance that *their* opinion is the dominant one.
Destroying the left's near total monopoly on access to the American Public is the most crucial problem conservatives face.
