Kind of puts a damper on the whole “on the spot” thingy, doesnt it. You want to knock on doors and dragoon them into service? How would you make sure they aren’t associates of the person you want to “exterminate on the spot”? How would you deal with that pesky guarantee of an impartial jury?
You keep using the word “anarchist”. It doesn’t mean what you think it means.
