Just as soon as Obama and or the dems get amnesty, many blacks who do have jobs will lose them to Latinos and blacks who don’t have jobs will never get one.
That is what will happen. The blacks will be tossed over for the new permanent voter base. Latinos. They are just being used right now for a goal.
