Generally it isn’t, and Maryland doesn’t even have a death penalty, and this would never qualify for it anyway.
So you have gone from prison buses, to school buses, to cop executions, to now at least one of them is going to commit suicide.
Wouldn’t one of them have to be mentally unstable to do that?
