Military need no no more than establish initial control then leave. And never once receive illegal orders to question.

Good point, I'd forgotten about the reports of ISIS on the border.
But then, there's so much wrong with the border that keeping track of it all would be maddening.

What's particularly irksome is that we could effectively secure the border with less than 200 Paladins. (Plus support.)
