There is no record of Danta being picked up or arrested. He was not in police custody with Brown. He was one of the 2 who ran from the police. Brown was the other. Danta was apprehended later in the day and released without charges or arrest. He is lying.

Donta Allen, a Baltimore man who was in police custody with Freddie Gray, denied police claims that Gray intentionally slammed his head in a police van, a local television reporter told MSNBC host Chris Hayes on Thursday.

The local "reporter" is Jayne Miller. She is partner with Janice Bledsoe who is giving Miller false information. Donta apparently is NOT the other guy in the van.
