Well, here you go, Sundance’s reply to someone asking about the apparent discrepancy:

“Electronic data time, as opposed to real time story telling is always a precarious proposition to compare.

“Example: A reporter might say a suspect was arrested at noon (witnessing him being picked up, handcuffed and/or put in cop car), but the suspect might not be processed through booking (prints, id and mugshot) until 3 or 4pm which shows as his electronic arrest time.

“You can’t rely on the summary data without inspecting the specific documents (reports) of the arresting officers for accurate times.

“A suspect could sit in holding, or be in the process of being processed per se’. So timeline comparisons are only good for approximately am or pm type comparisons.”
