Capital Hill is the center for homesexuals, radicals and wannabes. Fremont is more upscale, white and artiste.
They’re not anarchists they’re communists. Progressives to use modern vernacular. If they were real anarchists they wouldn’t protest or riot about anything they’d just live their lives under the radar breaking whatever laws they could get away with.
The most dangerous place for a black person to be is around a group of other black people.
They keep proving this to be true.
The cops drove them back into their Capitol Hill nests. I think it’s over now. The local press stopped coverage an hour ago.
I know, they’re so pathetic it’s unbelievable. In a circumstance of real anarchy most of them would be the first to die. A true state of anarchy can’t last very long if it could ever be brought about. First roving gangs would form and then warlords followed by feudal states. All of which have hierarchies and laws and are forms of government.
I was listening to Ron and Don coming home last night and Josh Kerns had been downtown following the protests all day - there were various groups: $15/hr wage, immigration rights, IIRC farmers, etc. He said people from the various groups were willing to speak with him and gave passionate, intelligent discussions about why their were protesting (he said the earlier protests were almost like a parade). Police officers on bikes followed them through the streets but everything was peaceful (he did see a command center with a wagon, etc. on a side street for just in case).
Those groups broke up and started going home around 4 or 5 so he went up to Seattle Central Community College to see what the “anarchists” were up to. Around 6 or so, there weren’t that many there and they were sitting around on the lawn, almost like students at lunchtime, except that they were all dressed in black, some had Guy Fawks masks on, etc.
He tried to interview many of them, but they all either told him to F off or flipped him the bird. He said he didn’t think any of them knew what being an anarchist really meant - one was drinking a bottled Starbuck’s Frappuccino, most were wearing Levi’s or another company’s jeans, Nike or other shoes, they spent money via an online retailer to purchase the masks, etc. In other words, they were being capitalists, spending money with big corporations they hate.
Looks like our new (from last summer) Police Chief, Kathleen O’Toole supported the police and wasn’t going to put up with any cr*pola from these guys. Thank goodness - after previous years and WTO, when they got way out of hand.

I always get a chuckle out of these morons wearing Guy Fawks masks...
