I don’t know if they should have been charged or not, but this is setting a TERRIBLE precedence where the rioting of thugs results in the legal consequence they were seeking.

I was thinking the same thing. When she stated that she heard the rioters, she could have said, if you want any indictment in the future, just riot again.

Hmmm. Will there possibly be a stack of resignations on someones desk? All the evidence isn’t even in yet. Was there a GoPro in the back of the paddy wagon?

If the decision to charge is correct, should they then decide to not charge them because of the riots? The riots should not affect the decision either way.

I believe that while the riots and the media circus were happening, the actual investigation was also happening, and this is the result.
