The point of the pic was to show there was no divider between sides. Don’t know if that’s the actual van though.
I don’t think that was the point he was making, if he was making any point, since I didn’t bring up any issue that that would settle. caww certainly didn’t respond to that question and had the opportunity to.
Dividers can be installed. The vans are typically used to pick up multiple prisoners and they don’t need prisoners to kill each other or collaborate and overpower officers.
Look at the first pic, there is clearly a divider going right down the middle.
