Implant GRX.... those things mimic Turbo nonaddictively and they reappear every 24 hours. You get five at level 1, 10 at level 2. They last either 2 or 4 second each. Taken with Day Tripper and Chemist perks, thats one whole minute of slow-mo punishing the bad guys.
