Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke (D) blasted “failed liberal government policies” for miring people in cities like Baltimore in “generational poverty” and argued that change in Baltimore “needs to start in the politics, the failed liberal Democrat policies” on Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.

They are running out of things to blame. Millions spent on education...no effect. Millions spent on the war on poverty, no effect ...so it isn’t money. In Baltimore, a mostly black city council, black police chief, black city attorney, even a black “just us” Department and black President... So putting blacks in charge had no effect. What is left? Keep peeling the onion and you will find liberalism at the core is what makes it rottin.

The dirty little secret that the Democrats do not want anyone to know is that the billions spent on education and the war on poverty was spent on salaries, gold plated pensions, and life long healthcare for hacks and minions. Liberalism all along has been one big Clinton Foundation. Very little spent on the subject, but billions given to the coatholders. As our cities crumbled, the DC suburbs flourished. All the so-called programs were created to benefit the government workers, not the recipients. Back in the 60’s, a friend of my father's, a real idealistic Liberal went to work for Head Start. He left soon after shaken when he saw the other Head Start workers doing nothing for the children, but they spent their time selling the school supplies out the back door, they even sold copy machines out the back door.

Democrats have successfully ruled Baltimore and Maryland for generations and had little meaningful opposition to implementing their polices, therefore I call that “success”, and the outcome was as those few opponents (who failed) predicted

BTW, the Baltimore City Schools receive approximately $1.2 BILLION a year from the taxpayers of MD augmented by special fed and private grants, and whine every year about what they could do with MORE

I believe the yoots in the City are funded per kid at the highest rate in the state

I also believe the axxhat mayor who replaced the previous embezzling axxhat mayor has been at the forefront of trying to bus into Baltimore more illiterate illegal aliens from central america because it helps make the case to get more federal grant money, kinda like seed crops for more poverty to pimp
