Apparently you have never riden in a bus. No seat belts. And crazy drivers. Sometimes you are sitting at a 90 degree angle to direction of travel. Very rare to hear sounds of a body slamming against the walls.

bus riders aren’t cuffed... so they can hold on.... and I have seen older people buck forward where other passengers on both trains and buses have had to stop them from falling.

Don’t be so sure, I didn’t own automobile from 1994 to 2008 in San Diego. Just my bicycle and my bus pass, and I’ve gone near projectile on the bus often enough to know that if I was shackled and cuffed I would have been a screaming missile.

You go shackle your feet and handcuff yourelf at the waist with the shackles or behind your back, I don’t know which way the shackled and cuffed him.

Then get somebody to put you in a van with a bench and no back rest. Have them drive 25 MPH, do several sudden stop-n-go, a few abrupt turns all while wearing no seat restraint.

Then get back to us and tell us about your theory.

How often do you ride on a bus wearing hand cuffs and leg shackles?
