The evidence for this “massacre” has been brought into question a lot. Apparently it is so questionable that the man alleged to be responsible for it is being given a “perpetual trial”, so he can be imprisoned until he dies of old age, without presenting evidence that could be examined and refuted, or giving a conviction that could be appealed.
