I meant I was corrected on the information that Freddie Gray was riding a bike, it was the 2 police officers who were riding the bikes.
In spite of that , why was he out and about walking around when he should have been home recovering from spinal and neck surgery ?

I’m sure I have no idea why he was out on the street after spinal surgery.
Sorry.

Pushers advance the drugs and the user pays for it with the proceeds from the sale of what he doesn’t use.
Pushers don’t give medical leave as a rule.
Perhaps that was his situation.

Non-compliance with medical advice.
I had ACDF from a crush injury (4-6). It was quite a bit of time from injury to final surgery. It was a very miserable period.
The instructions were two weeks of no driving, not to lift more than one pound and wear the bone stimulator for four hours a day. After two weeks rehab began for a few months.
I followed the instructions to the letter, however I was warned before hand that I would feel better than I had in months and not to be tempted. After I woke up in the OR, I did feel like getting up and going home. The months of pain were gone just like that. I remember I had the urge to go out for Jack and wings.
He was 25 and probably thought he was indestructible. He failed to comply with the bone growth protocols. My experience was zero pain after surgery, unlike before. He may have felt the same way.
He made a fatal decision.
