I'm seeing a very old but effective tactic at play here - seems there's a minimum of thugs keeping the cops bunched up & busy at intersections, basically keeping them pinned down and static at those locations, while everyone else disperses in multiple groups, going on the rampage. They have effectively negated any comprehensive police response all over the city. Amazing that the police commanders have failed to comprehend that - and I would guess that any who have realized it were probably told to stand down. Citizens are absolutely on their own - am expecting another spike in gun sales, asap.
If I Lived there I would be on the porch with a 16 gauge auto loaded with buckshot and the family would be on the roof with a few .308 AR platforms.
