"Now the question is, what will McConnell and/or Boehner do about these criminals, other than bow and grovel?"

Violating memorandum of understandings is not the same as breaking the law. Ethical lapses are not the same. As in all Clinton scandals, any law breaking cannot be tied directly back to the Clintons. I don't see them in orange jumper suits, but I can see investigations before house committees and I can see this sinking her candidacy. Hillary can't say it's a right wing cabal. The New York Times and Washington Post cannot be accused of being right wing.

Yesterday, someone, Newt I think, mentioned that acceptance of foreign monies by any U.S. official is a clear violation of Article IX of the U.S. Constitution. A very bad no-no.

Gingrich stated it well. The Constitution forbids gifts from foreigners to the holders of public office. Bill and Hillary file jointly, and foreign governments poured millions into THEIR foundation.

Any jury would convict them.

This, IMO, is not an ethical lapse. Profiting from selling political favors IS against the law. There are politicians under indictment or sitting in jail now for what Hillary is accused of doing.
