Amendment VIII - Bill of Rights
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Has everybody forgotten the 8th Amendment to the Constitution? If that fine/punishment is not a violation, then the Amendment cannot be violated.
We have no Constitution. Only color of law...where you get to make law up as you go along.
