Trying to step back, and take a look at the bigger picture here, some thoughts:

Barack Obama’s tenure had effectively destroyed the Democratic Party before all this happened. ( See 2014 elections, state, municipal, and congressional.) I’ve often wondered why the kneepad media hadn’t turned on him in order to save what is still for them the big prize-the Dem Party. Possible answer-they felt Hillary would save the party.

Now this. Uranium. Russia. Hillary. Big Deal this is.

So the New York Times breaks the story. The NEW YORK TIMES. Obviously they have chosen to attempt to save the party-which means Hillary is being given the hook.

The DNC and the Lame Stream Media are two fairly equal divisions of the same enterprise. Right now, with the way the DNC, the Mombasa Moonbeam, and Hillary! have effed things up, the LSM sees an opportunity to gain control of the policy committee. They're going to clear the table and get things back on the progressive course.
