I don't know if Walker has been talking to Jeff Sessions. But if Walker or any candidate was to visit DC and ask for advice who would he actually talk to?
He can't talk to Rand, Rubio or Cruz? Mike Lee is friends with all 3 so I dont know how he couldl advise all 3 campaigns.
He can't talk to the highly unpopular Flake, Hatch and McCain. He can't be seen with the pro-abort, pro-gay Rob Portman.
That leaves Grassley, Vitter and Sessions as the only conservative Senators to talk to.
Maybe they could talk to Risch or Crapo but they aren't really known or in a key state or region.
Jeff Sessions and/or Vitter could help one candidate win all of the Deep South.
Vitter will likely be elected LA Governor this year.
Walker has been talking to Sen. Sessions and it shows in his new position. Nobody better to talk to on the topic.
I don’t want Walker near Vetter. That guy just oozes sketchy. Walker is fine without him that is for sure.
Sessions is my personal favorite all around
senator. I wish he was running the Senate rather
than McTurtle.
What about Tom Cotton and the farm lady from IA?
Vitter is expected to face Democrat John Bel Edwards in a November or December runoff election. Jindal has lost much popularity over state finances and his long-term absences from the state.
