Values? Based on what? Based on the Torah and religion AND belief in G-d.
Tradition? Based on what? Based on a TRADITION of observing the Laws.
Culture? Based on what? Based on all of the above.
Community? Based on what?

All these points are SPINOFFS OF THE CORE religion and observance of G-d’s laws. Remove the G-d element and you subsist on fumes which eventually fade away, leaving you with bagels & lox only...
