To: Alas Babylon!

Cruz should be able to win both the conservative GOPers and the conservative moderates. That might equal 25 percent of the whole electorate. I’m not saying he won’t win, but he’ll need most of the rest of the GOP and the moderate independents to do so.

I believe conservatives actually still make up the majority of the US Electorate. Some just have the democrat party love and republican hate built into them from birth that they wind up voting against their own interests, and then when you offer them a milquetoast like Romney or McCain, why bother? Neither was/is conservative to begin with.

When Reagan ran he won a huge swarth of conservative democrats and independents because he was the real deal.

We haven’t had anyone like that run since 1984, which was a huge victory then.

I think we can do it again. I’ll vote Cruz/Walker or even Walker/Cruz (for those who think senators need some OJT). It will be far more than 25% in my not so humble opinion!
