Scott Walker has flipped on amnesty and Ted Cruz supports increasing H-1B visas to bring in more high tech workers from overseas. Both of them are inconsistent and wobbly on the whole immigration issue, but they’re the two best candidates in the GOP field. If both Walker and Cruz support the strong stand that Jeff Sessions has taken then I have no problem voting for either one of them. You Cruzers and Walkerites need to stop pointing fingers and saying your man is better on immigration than the other, and realize both your candidates are equally bad on this issue.

I've been saying this for months, it deserves a re-post daily:

Cruz/Walker Walker/Cruz.

Our best hope to actually win AND begin to change the evils done in the past six years.

none of the other candidates nor ANY politician even have had the balls to say anything about reducing legal immigration , only One Scott Walker. that’s a leader

Scott Walker’s record of passing many conservative laws while defeating democrats in the process is unmatched in history and I and others listed some of his accomplishments on this thread. His record, actions and conservative results show who Scott Walker not what the liberal news media says . Walker’s done nothing to help illegals so your liberal media smears are just hit jobs to help your cause socialism

Don’t call me a “Walkerite”. Personally, I want to keep him in Madison as our Governor because he’s done such a fine job. But, I’m willing to share if that is how the cookie crumbles.

I just manage the Wisconsin interest ping list, and everybody seems to be interested in what our Governor is going to do next. Just reporting on what others are saying. Not pushing.

My ideal candidate figured out years ago that excessive immigration - legal or illegal - is a big problem. But since that candidate doesn't appear to be running, I have to say Walker's better-late-than-never epiphany currently puts him ahead of Cruz in my book.
