If you never been to NYC I would recommend going now while the positive effects of the Giulani/Bloomberg policing are still evident. When these offenses against the social order were decriminalized during the 60s/70s NYC provided lots of material for Hollywood movies. Warriors come out and play.

Hey NYC, try beating Kalifornia by changing the classification of your laws. Per prop 47, Grand Theft Auto in Kalifornia is now a misdemeanor
