They’re made for walking.
Johnny Winter still isn’t in.
Who in sam hill is “Double Trouble?” I’ve never heard of them before.
NWA is better than 90% of the acts in the so called RARHOF.
Isn’t that Bill Withers?
“but if memory serves you have rap groups like Run DMC and pop singers like Madonna in there. What the hell?”
Shows that the rock and roll hall of fame has become a complete joke, putting such clowns ahead of classic bands like Chicago.
First concert I ever saw. Years later I flew from Minneapolis to Billings surrounded by her road crew. It was the longest 2 hours of my life.
hehehe
Geez, I’m old. To me ‘Green Day’ are a new band....sigh....
That’s a great video. And an okay song.
Saw a local “country” group perform that song live to a small audience. The singer was this little gal with a big voice. They knocked that number dead!
Stevie’s Band
I think Paul Butterfield Blues Band is pretty questionable, especially since Mike Bloomfield is already in. If anything add Al Kooper as an individual. Kooper and Bloomfield were better known for backing Bob Dylan than PBBB.
IMO, Kiss belongs. I caught a Kiss show a few years back, and said, “geez, I’ve seen all this before!”
Then, I realized that many of the bands I’d seen were Imitating Kiss, who’d been doing it for 30-odd years at the time.
The other 9 on your list......absolutely agree.
“Respect? Not so much.”
Take a look at the list of musicians who have played in Ringo’s All Starr Band over the years and you’ll see how wrong you are.

My high school girlfriend had a huge poster of Bob Plant above her bed. I never could understand what she saw in him.
1. Paul McCartney. K.
2. Les Paul. Natch. [Hello, Fender?]
3. Jann Wenner. Why? Founded Rolling Stone magazine? High Times, would have been way more fitting...
Honestly, if they have to worry about who to induct in order to sell their dinner tickets, there's something very wrong with that process.
I dunno, they're pretty good at two or three chords.
Starr’s biggest solo hit among the kids was as the conductor on Thomas the Tank Engine.
Of all the bands left out of the hall of fame this is the one that has me puzzled.
The Rock Hall is an embarrassment to the industry.
