The people in Washington aren’t likely to let California steal their water. Even leftists ain’t that dumb.
We are predominately conservative in eastern WA but either way, you don't get to mess with Columbia River water due to it's being a salmon habitat. Even homeowners on the river with existing docks get hassled constantly by Army Corpse of Engineers. No way will even ten buckets be headed south.
