Even aside the Constitution, this stupid judge asks if the remedy isn’t legislation. Obama is ignoring the law in this now. I don’t see futher legislation changing that, only impeachment.

Even aside the Constitution, this stupid judge asks if the remedy isn’t legislation. Obama is ignoring the law in this now. I don’t see futher legislation changing that, only impeachment. Maybe the Judge is thinking of following the existing legislation that is on the books.
