There seems to be a trend here. Looks like Hillery’s(sp) policy is still in place with Obama’s approval.
The Americans in Yeman are surely all non Moslems and thus not worthy of rescue. Bergdahl apparently converted during his sojourn with the Taliban and thus was eligible for rescue. Those folks at Benghazi were not Moslems though the ambassador himself was homosexual. Islamic identity apparently trumps homosexuality, even for the homosexual president.
