There is more to it than just X and Y chromosomes. The critical factor in creating a male brain and nervous system is the level of testosterone in the uterine environment. This process doesn’t always go smoothly and as a result you have XY’s with a female brain and nervous system - your classic male homosexual.

Interesting. Can you provide references? There is that massive, international meta-study out there that concluded homosexuality is not passed along genetically. I realize that what you are saying is not necessarily genetic in nature. I understand that all embryos start out female but some are converted into males later during gestation.
