One of the important pieces of news to come out of Iraqi prime minister Haider al-Abadis visit to the White House Tuesday is that Iraq will be receiving delivery of F-16s. At Commentary, Max Boot asks if this is such a wise move, Why Are We Giving F-16s to an Iranian-Infiltrated Government?
As Boot explains, the government of Iraq is heavily infiltrated by Iranian agents, and Abadi himself is an Iranian ally, selected by Quds Force commander Qassem Suleimani to replace the former prime minister, also an asset of Tehrans, Nuri al-Maliki.
Does it really make safe under those circumstances to deliver to Iraq three dozen high-performance fighter aircraft? asks Boot.
I, for one, am worried that the fighters could eventually wind up in Iranian hands, buttressing an Iranian Air Force that until now has had to rely on aging F-14 fighters from the 1970s and even F-4s and F-5s from the 1960s. Granted, F-16s arent top of the line aircraft anymorethey are outclassed by F-22s and F-35sbut as a matter of policy and law the U.S. does not sell arms to hostile states or to states that might transfer them to hostile states.

[[’Why Are We Giving F-16s to an Iranian-Infiltrated Government?’]]
so they will like us of course you silly- everyone knows that the best way to deal with terrorists is to arm them to the teeth so that they will like us- no need to fear them- the ayatollah assured us they wouldn’t- so sit back and relax- they wouldn’t dream of harming us, and ignore the constant threats of them wanting to annihilate us- our dear leader has assured us it’s all in jest- the more we aRM THem- the more they ‘jest’- what could possibly go wrong?
What a stupid question.
Does a feckless fool on a hill come to mind?
One of those questions that answers itself.
Why not?
America is an Iranian infiltrated govt and we have them.
What a stupid question.
No, it’s not a stupid question at all.
I'm not comfortable at all with all these armaments going to the Middle East nations...especially since we have no way to know who is getting them! It just feels like we're arming/training the Middle East who then can ward off anyone of our troops if we ever have to land there to stop them.
Because we have a traitor in the White House. Next question...
Because the U.S. gov is an Iranian infiltrated government.
Yes it is a stupid question. The answer is pbvious. Obungo hates the US.
This is all meant to checkmate Israel, imo.
A sham deal giving Iran essentially carte blanche developing nukes, Russia selling Iran SAMs, and giving (not even selling) F-16s to Iraq only to very likely end up under Iranian control.
You and I know it is stupid because we know the answer. But it is not a stupid question for the idiots out there who haven’t a clue.
It doesn’t matter because no one will be able to fix the mess we’re in. No one.
And Israel, seeing that there is a limited window of time to change the “facts on the ground” may very well be pushed to launch a strike before these missiles are delivered.
What would Bill Ayers do?
Absolutely Michael, but you and I know that God has other plans, and that His will succeed.
"I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them," says the LORD your God."

God has not yet rendered judgment and punishment directly on Barry Hussein Barack Soetoro Obama.
But someday, He will.

Obambi wants them to WIN and help set up the Caliphate.
