The fragment forms part of an exhibition marking 70 years since end of WWII
A Russian museum plans to exhibit a plane fragment from downed flight MH17, despite the fact Dutch investigators are still combing the area for evidence to establish who exactly shot down the Boeing 777.
Local media published photos of the fragment brought from the militant-held area of Donetsk by a Russian veteran's organisation, to the museum in the Russian coastal town of Eisk near the Ukrainian border.
The so-called souvenir will form part of an exhibition commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two.
MH17 was shot down over war-torn Ukraine in July last year, killing all 298 passengers and crew on board including 38 Australians.
Russians...what are they good for?
Ghouls.
Kind of unusual relic to associate with Soviet expansion eh?
Propaganda
They’re Europe’s hillbillies. Apologies to the rest of the world’s hillbillies...
My God.
The proper western response the this terrorist act by Russia, would have been to cease all commercial air flights to the West by Russian carriers.
But Nato and the US no longer have the leadership to deal with a dictator like Putin. He is willing to risk a new cold war...and is willing to fight wars to cause it to happen. The West is more worried about if the will be able to sell Russia a few things and keep their gas supplies running.
More bull crap from the Ministry of Truth!
