I don’t understand how they reason that it should be limited to first trimester except for rape or incest or mother’s health. So if the mother was raped she couldn’t get the abortion in the first trimester...why? In the case that Rand brought up, a seven pound baby; if the mother’s health was at serious risk and the pregnancy needed to be terminated, why would they kill the baby when they could perform a cesarean and deliver a baby that has a really good chance of surviving? I know their answers, but it just doesn’t cut it for most people.

I know there is no comparison, but yesterday, a doctor removed both of my wife’s ovaries. I have looked at the pic’s taken during surgery of these miracle organs. I found it all very surreal.
