False comparison.
You’re comparing felony arrests to all infractions. There are far more civil violations which produce income for the State then there are felony arrests which produce much less.
The poster’s point is still valid, that police target people and use the law to their advantage for the sole benefit themselves and/or the State. This reasoning does not apply in the case of the felony arrests you cite.
Look, the reason more blacks get arrested for felonies because more blacks commit felonies.
More middle class drivers get pulled over because there are vastly more middle class drivers out there (where you and I drive) and a whole heck of them are speeding and tailgating and doing all kinds of stupid ignorant stuff all the time.
