They’re not anymore? I thought they were the one smart Hispanic group and came here to actually be Americans, as opposed to just to take from us while retaining their own culture and having disdain for ours.

That would be sad if that too has changed.

I remember reading an article that the younger generation of Cuban-Americans isn't the reliable Republican block than the older generations. That isn't so surprising, unfortunately, liberalism is a common disease among young Americans of all ethnicities.

The point being, however, that Cuban-American voting patterns aren't all that different from Anglo-American voters, in contrast to other "minorities" who are disproportionately Democrat voters (including, oddly enough, many Americans from south and east Asia, in spite of doing quite well economically)
