There is no such thing as an “accidental” shooting. When guns go off it is either intentional or negligence.

Was not accidental. He fired on purpose. At the guy. He just mistook what he as firing.

Thank you. I have been preaching that for 15 years or more. Even got a letter printed in a major paper on the subject, after a gun “went off” in a police evidence room, wounding one of the two cops present.
