Did you or did you not make the above statement? If you did, based upon that statement, I asked you a two part question. It was that simple.
I never said the SC guy or the old guy were resisting arrest. So obviously I can't answer HOW they were resisting arrest if I DON'T KNOW THAT THEY WERE.
