How did the guy in South Carolina resist arrest when the cop asked for his driver’s license, and when the guy reached inside his vehicle to get them, the cop shot him, resist arrest? How did the old guy who reached to get his walking cane and was shot for his efforts, resist arrest?
I never said those two people were resisting arrest. So why did you ask me how they were resisting arrest as if my point was that they were?
