Here’s how to understand Fiorina:
Look and see if she has ever won an election.
Or look at her tenure at HP. It wasn't impressive.
For all you purists out there: Get over it. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate, one who satisfies all elements of the party. There AIN’T one! Find someone who has the cajones or ovaries to win and back ‘em 100 percent with all you have. Otherwise prepare to live in a Marxist hell for the foreseeable future. JMHO!!
“Heres how to understand Fiorina: Look and see if she has ever won an election.”
Don’t forget to look at how she drove HP into the ground when she was CEO there in 1999-2005 before the board was forced to fire her. She’s frequently been ranked as one of the worst tech CEOs of all time. It would therefore be laughable for her to try to play off of her “business experience”, and other than that, nada; well, maybe not nada if you include unbounded ambition backed by unbounded incompetence.
No, she hasn’t won an election and I believe never will. Nevertheless, she does have some good one-liners.
Bingo! Boxer gave her several opportunities to hit a few out of the park, and Fiorina was either too timid, too liberal, or too dense to swing. One glaring example comes to mind: Boxer, the malignant midget from Marin (thanks to Jeff Katz) said Fiorina outsourced 30, 000 CA jobs. Fiorina had the chance to blame boxer’s liberal war on business but passed.
