They feared for their authority...
That’s what they used to do to horse thieves in the 1800’s.
Now... it’s over the top.
“everyone knows if you run from the police...they are bringing an ass whoopin with them” Chris Rock.
They deserve it.
More out of control cops that belong in jail.
Watch how even the late comers squeeze in to kick him.
I witnessed that once in the offices of the Houston PD as they worked over two handcuffed kids, and even detectives walking by to other areas of the office would kick them as they passed.
San Bernardino County better get its checkbook out...
Total mob mentality.
kinder gentler ping.
I love bashing cops, but ya know what..?
This really was a thief.
Meh -—I don’t care.
I also don’t care about swisher sweets thieves, or neighborhood prowlers.
I really care about the innocent dogs, old people, families getting house-raided, etc.
This one didn’t bug me.
” “I’m disturbed by what I see in the video. But I don’t need to jump to conclusions at this point, until we do a complete and thorough investigation. “
Your Jedi mind tricks won’t work.
The guy jumped down spread eagle, did you see how fast he put his hands behind his back? Probably in response to one of the Deputies. I saw a bunch of kidney/liver/pancreas shots. Lower right hand side. Pretty debilitating after just one.
No wonder some choose to keep running. Even if they surrender that don’t know the’ll actually live to be arrested.
I think they oughta get 5 years, probation after 2 ... In the general prison population.
Everyone carries a camera these days. All cops should assume their actions are being recorded. They’re just stupid if they think otherwise.
Well, if this is true (haven’t seen video), then I hope they all lose their jobs.
There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior.
But, but, but ... is the horse OK?
(sarcasm)
You can see 'em gasping over on the side of the action.
Cain't tell if it was from the runnin', or the beatin' on, though...
Pigs.
“failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility.”
What the heck?
When a cop goes dirty they need blackballed forever as a “law enforcement” officer. One chance and out would end this over the top aggressiveness.
We need a lot less cops too instead of giving them platoon numbers that gets out of hand when they go out on an incident. We can’t afford them anymore and their overwhelming force often becomes uncontrollable.
Keep firearms in the hands of average Americans and we don’t need as many cops.
A few observations:
I count 14 people who know sic ‘em about horses. The thief couldn’t ride a lawnmower, and yanked on the reins like an idiot - no doubt doing damage to the horse’s mouth (although they do that on TV all the time). 13 cops hanging out while this horse practically begs someone to take control - they ignore it. SUPER STUPID to let a horse wander around loose in the middle of a highly charged and noisy situation - especially when the horse is a bit confused. They are lucky that only one guy got kicked, it could have been a lot worse.
The criminal piece of shoe-scraping is a meth-head, guaranteed. The deputies behaved like thuggish keystone cops. He was face down, wrists crossed - at that moment you get cuffs on him, strap his ankles if need be, then let him thrash his way out in the sand if you have to, while you cool down with a bottle of water under whatever shade you can find.
I couldn’t believe it. The most dangerous being in that situation, once the creep was face-down on the ground was the horse, yet they all let it wander around...they all had to get in their licks...until the horse kicked someone to remind them that he/she was a legitimate bad a$$ worthy of some attention.
Don’t care about the meth-head, care about cops behaving that way, care about the horse getting treated that way...the meth-head? still don’t care.
