Wake up and smell the brimstone! This "deal" will never be called a treaty, which would require Senate approval. The Administration has already tipped its hand: it plans to have the U.N. Security Council approve the deal which would make it "binding" under international law and handcuff both Congress and future Presidents from changing it.
This is just one of several moves by these "citizens of the world" to destroy American sovereignty and place the country in the hands of "transnational progressivism" aka "global governance."
