I believe you are underestimating what a small fraction of the population properly motivated could achieve. As is with any movement once it started it would pick up adherents.
Many who would be in favor of and participate in a “reset” are busy trying to scratch out a living everyday. When push comes to shove they will be ready.

A law professor got too relaxed and once admitted to me the real legal theory used for the Constitution: When the Constitution uses a fixed number (”every second Year”, “two Senators from each State”), its meaning is fixed. All other phrases in the Constitution (”All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House”) are free to be understood as best needed by the Courts.
