I did my 1 mile PT course in 8 min back in 65 and I was glad it was over .... 5 in 40 is 5 of those bad boys and I would have flunked ... I was 17, 5' 7", 130 lbs and I breezed through everything else

The sit ups and the 5-mile run should be a breeze for any woman in good shape (e.g., a cross country or other distance runner). The pushups and pullups doable, but only after extensive training for a naturally strong woman.

Did they drop the pullups number to make it easier for women?
