Serious question for the group. The defense offered NO case...they admitted guilt. We've spent two years, and how many tens of millions, on this trial..and if he's sentenced to death..it'll be another decade, and more millions, spent on appeals..which the taxpayers pay for.
Polls show that most in Mass oppose the death penalty....hey, are you surprised...so why didn't his lawyer initially offer, or the prosecution offer..plead guilty...get life without parole in a SuperMax..and bury his ass alive..
