If Cheney set up a provisional government with the goal of restoring the Constitution and holding a real election (no illegals or ACORN votes allowed, all candidates vetted for eligibility), my guess is that 60% of the states and most of the armed forces would have his back.
I agree. We just need him or someone else to do it. Cheney could/would do it in such a way that the support would be there.
60% would be too conservative.
